Remember the complete dinosaur fossil that was found a few years back? That dinosaur, the anklylosaurus, is a low-riding, mace-tailed, heavily armored reptile that is reproduced in excellent detail in this brooch. This piece is heavily textured, has large armor plating, and spikes on the lower abdomen and tail. Made in Taxco, Mexico, of solid sterling silver, you will be able to let your paleontological or Jurassic Park flag fly high! Brooch is 2 5/8" long, 7/8" wide, and weighs 16.17 grams. Mark reads "Mexico 925", with a Taxco mark above it that I just cannot make out. In excellent condition and beautifully polished.
